Dwindle is ideal if you:

<li>Find it challenging to reach a profound state of calmness due to your music playing at full volume throughout your relaxation, meditation, or sleep sessions.</li>
<li>Prefer to unwind to your personalized music collection and have specific songs for different moods.</li>
<li>Suffer from anxiety, as a brief session can help drown out distractions while the fade-out gently brings you back to reality, preparing you to face the day.</li>

To start a session:

Dwindle requires users to have music downloaded on their device. Due to restrictions from Apple and other third parties, it is not compatible with external apps at this time.
